Domain names should embody credibility, reliability and responsibility and those with double meanings or those that sound funny don't embody the said characteristics.

5. Infringement. This is another domain name mistake which usually takes place when you or your site uses an existing domain name trademark. Each domain name has to be unique and different because if not, you might end up in court paying all the fees rather than making business.
